Our Staff

Our dedicated staff teams are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our service users 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our staff work in 2 shifts on a rota basis, ensuring continuous coverage and support. We prioritise building strong relationships with our service users, ensuring they feel valued and receive the right care when they need it most. Additionally, our managers are available between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday – Friday, and we have a provision for 24-hour on-call roster to address any emergencies that may arise. We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and support, and we are always striving to improve our services to meet the needs of our service users.
