Retons Care are an Ofsted and CQC registered supported living provider and care agency, dedicated to creating a secure and nurturing environment for young people. Our focus is on supporting individuals aged 16-25 with special needs, learning difficulties, mental health challenges, and other complex needs. At Retons Care we are dedicated to helping assist those who stay with us reach their full potential whilst working towards gaining independence though providing a trusted care and support system they can rely upon.

We aim to ensure that the young people in our care have a positive and beneficial experience, receiving the necessary support to thrive and work towards independence. Our approach emphasises compassionate care and support, with a focus on facilitating positive outcomes through education, training, and life skills development. By doing so, we enable our service users to transition towards independent living. Individual preparation for independence programmes, leaving care assessments and pathway plans while being flexible, highlight the tasks that need to be achieved and the role we (Retons Care), social workers, leaving care personal advisers, family members, partner agencies, such as education, health, housing, schools and colleges will play.
